RR Ranch has quickly become one of the premiere breeding ranches in Texas. 2011 is primed to be one of the best years in our breeding program. RR Ranch has a foundation doe herd that are pure Texas bred, born and raised. These genetic lines consist of primarily all typical lines from Woodard Whitetails, Circle J&B, RW Trophy Ranch and many others known for their deep rooted Texas typical genetics including Dr. D, Bambi Cactus and Gladiator.

In 201o all of our deer were LAI’d to Rais’n Cain, Express, Yardstick, Kid Rock, Maxfli, Gladiator, GKR Abilene and the Greatest deer on earth X-Factor. We will be offering a limited amount of bred doe and offspring for 2011.

RR Ranch owns the exclusive rights to X-Factor, the largest deer in the world, measuring a staggering 509″ at just 3 years old. The few yearlings on the ground are absolutely astonishing with all scoring over 150″ and several topping 190″ at 1 year old. X-Factor has become one of the most talked about deer ever as his size is matched by his beautiful typical clean look. He has the pedigree that most breeders are looking for today. Crossing him with the typical Texas lines could quite possibly make the breeding in Texas the envy of the entire deer industry.

The RR Ranch Herd sires are also quickly becoming some of the best selling semen to date. Rais’n Cain is a Gladiator/Avalanche 2 year old breeder. He scored an incredible 224″ at 2 years old in hard horn. He has 24″ main beams, 40″ of mass, 9″ G1′s, 11″ G2′s, 11″ G3′s, 8″ G4′s, 5″ G5′s and a great 20″ inside spread. This measurement was taken with broken tines before he was officially scored. Rais’n Cain weighs 250 lbs at 2 and has the body, pedigree and potential to explode to over 300″ with a typical look at 3 years old.

PowerTrip, another 2 year old herd sire, is one of the prettiest deer in our breeding program. He scores 214″ in hard horn and has a Max/Buford lineage that many breeders desire. He has 24″ main beams, 34″ of mass, 6″ G1′s, 10″ G2′s, 10″ G3′s, 8″ G4′s and a 6″ G5. Even though he has 40″ of non-typical tines, he has the typical look the breeding industry seems to be reverting back to.
